Here's a little study I did of some flowers in my backyard.

Ducks

This painting is based off of a picture I took when I was at the Mystic Aquarium. There were so many amazing animals there, but as always, the ducks stole the show.

Obama And The ACLU

This spot will run in the next issue of The Indypendent alongside an interview with Anthony Romero entitled, "Executive Director of ACLU Talks on Obama and Torture." I tried to reflect the uncertainty of the Guantanamo inmates future, and the looming decision Obama has to make about them.

Appalachian Trail

I just got back from a backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail. It was well worth it to get out there and recharge my batteries. It was a pretty tough hike, especially for someone who does little physical activity (my usual exercise is walking around Philadelphia, not exactly tough terrain ). I drew a little bit, but I mostly took pictures. I'm not a very good photographer, but I still had fun doing it.
